Starting in 1981, the second week of April has been dedicated to honoring the men and women who answer calls to 911. They are the unseen heroes who help save lives in emergency situations.

This series is designed to be aired at any time throughout the year, including April 14-20, 2024, National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week.
